Anti-slip applications are specialist chemicals that increase the amount of grip surfaces have. These chemicals consist of epoxies and an aggregate in order to achieve the anti-slip properties. The aggregate is invisible to the naked eye and therefore won’t affect the aesthetic of your paved surfaces.
Anti-slip applications are an excellent way to increase the safety of high footfall areas but they don’t last forever, H&H Contractors Ltd recommend that your anti-slip application is applied at least every 12 months.
We predominantly utilise anti-slip applications for shopping centres, car parks, nursing homes, factories, work areas, hospitals and public areas. This is sometimes determined and overseen by HSE officers.
